TRACE / APP FACTORY + INVENTORY
Build the tracker your project actually needs.
Shape the workspace around the way your team works—with guided forms, reusable trackers and dashboards.
From an idea to a reviewable tracker.
App Factory guides users through describing a tracker, reviewing the proposed design, saving a draft and publishing. The field editor supports typed fields and stable field identities; practice mode lets teams inspect a design before creating business records.
- Describe the information and process your team needs.
- Review fields, transitions and supported chart options.
- Try a practice entry and refine the draft.
- Publish within the applicable account permissions.
Make published tools easy to use.
My Apps gives eligible users access to published trackers. Supported record creation, editing, multiline text and charts keep everyday work inside the authorized customer account. Dashboard chart selection is separate from the currently selected project where the tracker is organization-wide.
Bring inventory into the workflow.
Supported inventory tooling covers stock-ledger records and transactions such as receipts, issues and transfers, with replay and reversal controls in the documented paths. Account permissions and inventory configuration remain applicable.
Start with an example.
Eligible new-account paths include a sample inspection tracker with a fictional practice record. This is a learning aid; sample provisioning is not universal for all existing accounts.
What can the team evaluate?
Use a working session to review a site-inspection tracker, corrective-action workflow, inventory record or dashboard suited to your account. Confirm the supported fields, actions and permissions before operational use.
