TRACE / FIELD TO FINAL HANDOVER

RFIs, submittals and pay apps. One connected record.

One workspace for the questions, reviews, field records and commercial controls that move construction forward.

Questions and reviews with accountable routing.

TRACE brings RFIs, submittals, responses, transmittals and supporting documents into the project record. Review steps, ball-in-court and history help teams understand the current state and responsible people.

Field records that stay connected.

Daily reports, photos, documents, time entries, quality, safety, inspections and job-walk records retain their authorized project context. Use the source evidence when preparing the next question or review.

Schedule analysis and bounded scenarios.

Supported imports include CSV, XLSX, MS Project XML and Primavera P6 XER exports. Version identity, comparison, CPM/logic analysis and look-ahead preparation connect schedule review to the rest of the project.

The bounded recovery planner compares heuristic proposals for eligible unstarted networks using declared calendars, capacities, releases and costs. Unsupported semantics and insufficient inputs are disclosed rather than silently assumed.

Scope, commercial review and compliance.

Changes, commitments, budgets, schedule of values, pay applications and related evidence sit alongside labor-compliance and permit workflows. Change approval, contract incorporation and payment review remain distinct accountable actions.

Closeout starts before the last day.

Keep punch items, handover requirements, O&M information, warranties, as-builts and supporting records connected to their owners and status. Authorized records remain accessible through the applicable closeout and archive paths.

Availability and boundaries. Modules and actions depend on licensing, role, project setup and supporting inputs. Recovery scenarios are bounded planning aids, not a guarantee of optimality or a calibrated delay probability. The platform does not make approvals, legal determinations or payment decisions autonomously.

Built for shared work.

Public owners, construction managers and contractors work from their current account authority. Opening a project changes the scope of project tools, records and exports. Provider integrations require configuration and validation; a listed provider is not automatically connected.
