September 2026 capability spotlight. TRACE’s expanded web platform connects construction records, evidence-grounded AI, internal drawing/model review and guided customer tools. This announcement summarizes documented capability paths; it is not a claim that every feature shipped on a single date.

01 / TRACE AI

Latest AI and operations improvements.

The September 9 release adds source-specific official research, improved telephone interruption and turn-taking, and immediate support guidance with a human-ticket handoff. Support topic selection stays separate from project-record approval.

The updated guide now includes device-access requirements for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. Availability follows the applicable client/browser, module, graphics support, permissions and connected services.

Commercial availability: plans remain quote-based. Live paid activation depends on merchant, webhook and plan configuration plus financial acceptance; published pricing does not establish payment readiness.
